Would customers please note that due to unplanned maintenance the Fun Pools will be closed until further notice from Monday 9th January. All other facilities WILL remain open as normal, We appologise for any inconveiniance caused.

The Pyramids Centre has one of the most unique pool designs in Southsea and Portsmouth, bring the whole family for the perfect day out and enjoy our 3 free form fun pools, 3 fantastic water slides and our awesome wacky wave pool. Grab some food and drinks from our poolside cafe or take the kids along to the Soft Play Adventure World.

We also provide some great birthday parties at the pools for the kids with food and goodie bags and playing in the pool!

If your children can't swim why not sign them up to one of our Swimming Lesson courses with our friendly qualified instructors.

Fun Pools Banding System

Tickets for Pyramids swim are for a minimum of two hours as published on our website. The band system has been introduced this summer to attempt to cope with the rising popularity of the pools and thus allow access for as many of our customers as possible. This is in line with our objectives of a community benefit company and social enterprise.

Last year in peak times we were regularly turning visitors away as the pools were at capacity and we could not allow any other visitors in. This was not good for our visitors to Portsmouth or indeed our local community. Therefore this year we have attempted to accommodate everyone.

A visit to the Pyramids Pools is the equivalent to £2 per hour for a junior and £2.50 per hour for an Adult representing great value for money. This is even better for PCC leisure card holders and Pyramids Card holders which attract a further discount.

We appreciate that there have been some teething problems with the introduction of the band system and we are working as fast as we can to overcome these and improve the system during which time we ask for you co-operation. If you have not received a minimum of a two hour swim on your visit then please ask for the Duty Manager at the time of your visit.

*A family ticket consists of either 2 Adults and 2 Chlidren or 1 Adult and 3 Children

The Pyramids Centre operates a banding system, a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
